December Makes A Wish
A perfect winter celebration.
Mr & Mrs December warmly welcome you to the cosy confines of their open-sided Roundhouse HQ at Bath City Farm. Wrap up warm and settle down to celebrate ancient festive customs and help make a seasonal wish with nature’s finest ingredients. As heart-warming as brandy butter and as well timed as a quick kiss under the mistletoe!
Join us for:
Good tidings of comfort and joy!
Free hot chocolate and seasonal treats.
Make your own solstice decoration to take home.
A little bit of singing, a little bit of mistletoe (all strictly voluntary!)
Not one, but TWO performers with funny hats and frankly ludicrous accents...
Plus, our Reverse Grotto!
For those that would like to take part, The Decembers are also teaming up for The Christmas Present Appeal at the Salvation Army to help spread some love this festive season. If you have a surplus of lovely books and toys at home - as good as new & ready to give away to a deserving child this winter - please spend a moment picking out something special to bring to Bath City Farm to donate to our ‘Reverse Grotto’.
All gifts should be as good as new - feel free to buy a book or something sustainable but please don't go & buy any brand new plastic. There is a list here of what Kilter/The Salvation Army would love to receive.
Dates: Various - see below!

Throughout the year, Kilter Theatre hosts Seasonal Celebrations that encourage families of all ages to engage with the great outdoors. January wassails the apple trees, April hunts for eggs in the undergrowth and October creates a potion to keep the evil spirits at bay. This is a first outing for Mr & Mrs December who are looking forward to mixing up ancient customs and modern tomfoolery.
This event has now ended. Find out more about our Seasonal Celebrations.
