We are recruiting new board members!

Our board is friendly, enthusiastic, and hardworking. We are looking to expand the Board as the company grows and changes, and we are excited to be recruiting for exceptional people to help carry Kilter forward.

We are looking for people who are passionate about Kilter and what we stand for. We hope applicants will have the time and energy to support our work, and to advocate and network on our behalf to build opportunities and make the most out of what we already do. We seek optimists and realists, sounding-boards, constructive critics, overseers, and future-gazers.
