Singing Workshop (bring your baby!)

A communal singing session to celebrate the joy of our diverse voices.

Think you can’t sing? Think again. Love to sing? Come sing more. We are all able to make some noise & appreciate the sound our voices make together…. So let’s do it!

Professional singer and music teacher Katie Stone Lonergan will bring her joyful, inclusive energy to all participants regardless of their ability, and you will leave feeling better in your body and wanting to sing some more!

Social Dreaming Workshop

Sharing our recent night-time dreams and celebrating our remarkable brains.

The need to sleep and dream is shared by all. You spend 30 years of your life asleep and 6 of those years dreaming! Dreams give us Mystery, Creativity, Healing… and all you have to do is close your eyes and drift off.

Pyschologists Sue Krzowski and Sue Walker invite you to explore the ways our dreams connect us to ourselves and each other. Participants will leave head-over-heels in love with their brilliant baffling brains.

Yoga Workshop

Gentle, positive yoga for everyone and anyone to celebrate their entire being! 

People of all shapes and sizes are invited to take part in this unique, life-affirming, body-positive yoga session, focussing on breathing, postures and mindfulness meditation.

Krissy of PriyaWorks Studio will lead you through this gentle session designed to integrate the whole of you! Participants will leave feeling relaxed & grateful for ALL your body is and all YOU are!

Join Carly for a happy, sassy fitness class! Expect a friendly welcome and a workout to suit your level of fitness whether you’re a newbie or a pro. She promises to teach with enthusiasm and good vibes! You’ll leave feeling energised, happy and loving your brilliant bod.

Project HB was founded by Carly Wilkinson in 2013. Carly qualified as a fitness instructor in 2017. She is a body-positive feminist, an advocate for realistic health and fitness, and public speaker on exercise, wellbeing and body image.
