One Small Step: Towards Becoming An Eco Imagineer

An imaginative stroll into a positive vision of a glorious post-climate future.

Right, listen up, this is important. In order to create a positive, sustainable vision of the future, we first have to imagine it. We have to get the family up and out on a Sunday morning and take the first steps towards a post-climate vision of humanity’s greatest success story.

This walk-shop with Kilter Theatre’s Directors Caroline Garland and Olly Langdon will guide you through a series of playful conversations and contemplative tasks to see past the current problems of the climate emergency and into a beautiful, fulfilling, imaginative future that you will want to fight hard to create.

We need to get some perspective, so we’re going to climb to the dizzying heights of Bath’s most iconic hill: Little Solsbury. When we come down, we will be ready to light the way.

Who is this for?

Suitable for all good walkers aged 7+, or younger if you think they're up for it. Or younger still if you're happy to do some carrying! (It's quite a climb one way but you can almost roll back down.) Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

No skill level or prior experience is required. For FAQs, see below.
